General

All the disputes arising between the parties shall be settled in an amicable way, otherwise all disputes shall be settled in accordance with Azerbaijan Legislation and shall be presented to the appropriate Court of the Azerbaijan Republic.

“EKVITA” company may, at its sole discretion, modify the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time and make appropriate changes. If you still do not follow these changes, and you continue to use the site, you will accept them. It is your responsibility to regularly review changes made. During any violation of any matter, you will be legally responsible before the law.
